From our family tree, to your family table.
Our family tree shares common roots with our olive trees. Our parents, raised us and grew our grove with the same care and affection. As the olive trees grew in number, we grew up as well playing hide-and-seek behind their aging trunks and branches which reached out for the sun while loitering among the thick shadows of those trees. Therefore, we created a land property of unique beauty within the unsurpassed beauty of the island landscape.
Our roots, our family roots, our tree roots are what we have learnt to love and appreciate. We continue the circle of life just like our trees do by fostering the same values we have been taught by our parents while cultivating our grove and our soul. Our trees are not only memories of the past but also tools of inspiration for the future.
This is what made us produce "Binioli'". Our bliss in a bottle that is, our olive oil on your table will offer you along its superior flavour a warm and true smile coming from our family.

ABOUT BINIOLI
Bionioli is the name that most effectively captures our goal to produce a unique extra virgin olive oil. This is the virtual site of our project where we provide information on the production of our olive oil through all stages, starting with the land of olive trees we have cultivated for many generations, and ending with our recent decision to share our products with people who have similar tastes and values.
Our land is a picturesque provincial town in Spain - situated close to the Alfabia Mountains and cooled by the breeze of the Mediterranean sea. This region is best known for producing exceptional red wines. Fortunately for us, olives tend to grow well in the same places as wine grapes, since both thrive in moderate to warm climates, with hot, dry days and cool nights, benefiting from day-night temperature swings. They both also benefit from the land rockier, less- fertile soils, grapevines and olive trees become stronger by struggling to reach for nutrients and water absorbed underground.

The exceptional taste, flavour and features of our olive oil are the results of our painstaking efforts during the whole production procedure; from cultivation to storage.
We combine traditional methods of cultivation with modern techniques in order to respect the sustainability of the ecosystem.
We still pick our olives by hand just like our parents used to do, seeing that neither the fruit nor the tree is damaged. We use only linen sacks and take our fruit to the oil press the very same day of its harvest to assure that it retains all its properties until further procedure. We exclusively use the cold extraction method to make sure that the nutritional values as well as the taste and flavour properties of the fruit are transferred into the oil pulp.
